At April 9th, Koni’s product 1DR 500-6 motor is shipping out. This product is a new creative of Koni in high voltage production.

 

Koni 1DP High voltage motor and 1DR wound high voltage motor have independent intellectual property rights. Since the formal operation, the two products gains a great achievement. These motors, frame from 355 to 500, voltage from 4160v to 10000v ,have been supplied to Hunan Yuanjiang Paper works 100 thousand paper water improving project, Inner Mongolia Jiulong Xingan paper water improving project, Maanshan Steel convey line, Chongqing Steel equipment improving project, Beiche Group autolumative testing station till now.

 

KONI high voltage motor absorbs whole set technologies of Australian POPE company, its voltages can be 3000V、6000V、10000V and frame scope is from 355 to 560. Koni high voltage motors have properties of large output, high protection degree (IP55-IP66), class F or H insulation. Because of utilization of cold rolled silicon steel sheet, this series motors hold high efficiency and low temperature, therefore, they can be used in various severe environments, such as paper making industry, mine, metallurgical industry and so on. Futhermore, This high voltage motor can be made into various electrical and mechanical derivatives, e.g. special design of 3300V, 6600V、11000V for export. The largest output of this motor can be 1200kW.
